Serve as marketing product owner fluent in the delivery of digital ecosystems, including web, email, and SMS
Support multiple brands with different levels of maturity, marketing objectives, and consumer jobs to be done
Flex between strategic marketing intent and detailed execution
Collaborate with subject matter experts across a highly matrixed organization
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience required
Serve as marketing product owner fluent in the delivery of digital ecosystems, including web, email, and SMS
Support multiple brands with different levels of maturity, marketing objectives, and consumer jobs to be done
Flex between strategic marketing intent and detailed execution
Collaborate with subject matter experts across a highly matrixed organization
Prior experience crafting creative briefs and building marketing requirements, serving as CEO of the customer experience from planning through post-launch analytics
Proven experience managing digital experiences, including web pages, landing pages, email, and SMS
Prior experience supporting rewards and loyalty platforms
Ability to build and execute customer experience roadmaps, synthesizing content and channel strategies
Ability to lead marketing intent and align multiple stakeholders and disciplines, from legal and compliance to post-launch analytics
Ability to build repeatable and scalable marketing infrastructure aligned to prioritized business outcomes and marketing behaviors
Preferred
4-year college degree, preferably in marketing
