Office Manager / Bookkeeping Support
Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming office phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Greet visitors and serve as the main point of contact for the office
Handle day-to-day office operations and keep things organized
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and general office communication
Order supplies and manage files
Work with vendors and service providers
Support leadership and staff with administrative tasks
Help improve office systems and processes as we grow
Learn and use bookkeeping software (QuickBooks or similar)
Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations
Support payroll processing
Help with invoicing
Work with our accountants as needed
Qualification
Required
Friendly, professional phone and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Reliable, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Desire to learn bookkeeping and financial processes
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Preferred
Office administration or office manager experience
Any bookkeeping or accounting exposure
Experience in a small business or team environment
