Responsibilities
Facilitating CRSU, FCA and other early talent program live sessions throughout the year
Supporting other learning programs through facilitation of coaching and training sessions; and building course outlines for new content as needed
Providing input to improve the operational efficiency of the live training experience
Coordinating with business partners, program owners, content developers, and Instructional Designers to create engaging and impactful learning solutions; ensuring diverse modalities are leveraged
Qualification
Required
BA/BS required in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field or experience in lieu of a degree
Active FINRA series 7 & 63 licenses
(Must have 2+ years) in Learning & Development or equivalent experience with understanding of facilitation skills and techniques
Track record of developing and implementing successful projects or programs with cross-functional departments
Understanding of Schwab's retail business including service and branch organizations
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Proven ability as a self-starter, and demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute methodically
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous and always fast-moving work environment
