Responsibilities
Provide mentoring and oversight for junior SOC analysts
Monitor security events across SIEMs and other security systems
Investigate intrusion events and escalate as needed
Review incident analysis reports for accuracy and completeness
Ensure SOC procedures and playbooks are followed
Perform ticket reviews and quality control
Develop and maintain security incident response processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Science/Analytics, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5–6 years of hands-on SOC or related technical experience
Expertise with Zscaler and implementing Zscaler Deception Technology
Experience with EDR (Cortex) and SIEM/log analysis
Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, firewalls, and systems (Windows/Linux)
Familiarity with Azure compliance and phishing investigations
Scripting skills in PowerShell and Bash
