Responsibilities
Qualify and nurture inbound leads from events, campaigns etc
Identify and prospect into target accounts through outbound outreach
Research and map key accounts, identifying decision-makers and their needs
Execute multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events) to build pipeline
Collaborate with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM
Act as the first point of contact for potential customers and represent Dash0’s mission and values
Continuously improve outreach sequences and messaging to drive engagement
Stay current on Dash0’s product roadmap and competitive landscape
Participate in feedback loops with marketing and product to share customer insights
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience in sales development (preferably in B2B SaaS), ideally in observability or a related tech space, with solid knowledge of the tool landscape and confidence engaging technical buyers
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English
A growth mindset and willingness to learn about technical products
Confidence in cold outreach, handling objections, and booking qualified meetings
Experience using modern sales tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, or similar
Passion for technology and the developer ecosystem
Preferred
Are based in NY and open to in-office presence
