Responsibilities

Review and respond to RFPs and quote requests from sales teams, providing competitive pricing and solutions for on-net & off-net services

Negotiate rates, terms and conditions, and SLAs with third-party partners, ensuring compliance with company policies and objectives

Maintain and update our building list and rate cards for each vendor, ensuring accuracy and consistency

Track and report on the performance and quality of quotes and installations, identifying and resolving any issues or disputes

Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners, fostering trust and collaboration

Research and evaluate new off-net opportunities and vendors, expanding our network coverage and capabilities

Review off-net partner invoices for accuracy

Manage off-net inventory records and process commissions for Channel Partners
