Sales Director, NRO Accounts
EVONA is a fast-growing space and geospatial intelligence company, and they are seeking a Sales & Business Development Director to expand and deepen engagement across the NRO. This mission-driven role involves driving pipeline growth, strengthening relationships, and expanding the company's footprint beyond existing programs.

Responsibilities
Lead account expansion and pipeline growth across NRO and adjacent DoD and IC customers
Build and deepen trusted relationships with technical, mission, and leadership stakeholders
Drive outbound and relationship-led business development to expand beyond existing programs
Work closely with internal BD and sales teams aligned to the same customer base
Represent the company at trade shows, briefings, and industry events across the region
Operate as a senior commercial partner within a highly embedded national security environment
Qualification
Required
Proven sales or business development experience in national security, aerospace, or advanced technology
Direct experience selling into NRO, with strong understanding of GEOINT tasking, mission operations, and/or Mission Ground Enterprise environments
Proven ability to grow and expand existing government accounts
Confident engaging senior technical and mission-focused customers
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Willingness to travel extensively within the region
US citizenship with an active TS/SCI clearance
