Responsibilities
Code contracts and maintain contract archive
Enter contracts into pricing system
Provide reports to sales associates, vendors, and customers in a timely manner
Calculate and process customer rebates
Maintain a database of report requirements
Provide accurate and timely phone and email responses
Provide informative and professional assistance when working with the public, customers, vendors, and co-workers
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
1+ years accounting or contracts administrative support experience
Must be able to demonstrate excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel
Proficient 10 key and Alpha-Numeric data entry skills, with high accuracy
Microsoft Word and Outlook experience
Ability to work in busy office, while maintaining focus on detailed tasks
Must be able to work flexible hours to complete fiscal period/calendar month end requirements
Preferred
Associates degree or higher in Accounting or Business Administration
2+ years accounting or contracts administrative support experience
Experience in the foodservice industry
