Responsibilities
Help ensure fair and appropriate distribution of marital assets, as well as provide advice on the legal aspects of divorce
Manage family/divorce law cases from beginning to end
Division of assets and debt among spouses, as well as child custody and support if children are involved
Gather evidence to formulate a case strategy or initiate legal actions
Analyze the probable outcomes of cases using knowledge of legal precedents
Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations
Appear in court
Communication with clients to help them through the legal process
Qualification
Required
JD is required
Barred in NJ is required
A minimum of 2 years of Family/Divorce Law experience is required
Experience handling divorce, child custody, domestic violence, family law related matters and post-judgment
Strong interpersonal and resolution skills
Excellent research and writing skills
