Responsibilities
Analyze business challenges and identify process bottlenecks
Improve workflows and maintain documentation and best practices
Build Power BI dashboards and maintain reports and sales records
Ensure accurate Salesforce activity updates and CRM compliance
Support AI and automation initiatives, including Power Automate
Manage the Commercial Services shared mailbox and provide pricing support
Review quotes, support price indexation, and assess non-standard requests
Partner with regional sales teams to track KPIs and support global projects
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel and Power BI capability
Clear communication skills and commercial awareness
Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
Bachelors degree in business, IT, or related field; 2+ years relevant experience
English fluency; additional languages a plus
Ability to travel periodically for internal meetings
Preferred
Preferred experience with Salesforce, AI tools, SQL, DAX, or automation
