Senior Sales Manager, Roadside Protect

Responsibilities
Identify, target, and acquire new key accounts within the Automotive and Insurance industries, leveraging your extensive industry network
Develop and nurture long-term strategic relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
Navigate complex sales cycles, from initial contact to contract closure
Demonstrate strong understanding of customer pain points to develop tailored Roadside Assistance solutions
Own the entire sales process: prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and forecasting
Conduct compelling sales presentations and business reviews for C-level executives
Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive proposals and contracts
Drive new customer acquisition targets and contribute significantly to profitable revenue growth and market share expansion
Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and technological advancements within the Roadside Assistance, Automotive, and Insurance sectors
Provide valuable insights to refine service offerings and market positioning
Represent the company at industry events to promote our brand and identify new opportunities
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive sales experience within the Roadside Assistance industry, specifically selling to automotive customers and/or Insurance carriers
Bachelor's in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of success in new customer acquisition and significant revenue expansion within existing accounts
Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-year contracts with large enterprise clients (OEMs, FMCs, vehicle service contract administrators, insurers)
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with a 'get-it-done' sales mentality
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Willingness and ability to travel as required for customer needs and industry events

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
