Responsibilities
Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute social media content
Capture video, including client testimonials, community events, and firm stories
Film high-quality, social-first video, optimized for social platforms
Edit short-form video that feels authentic and engaging
Deliver final, ready-to-publish creative assets with strong attention to detail
Publish and manage content across social platforms to support engagement and reach
Publish and monitor performance using platforms such as Sprout Social
Ensure all content reflects the firm’s values, brand voice, and legal advertising standards
Create recorded video assets for paid social media campaigns
Design clean, on-brand static digital and carousel graphics to complement video content and support organic and paid social media efforts
Support marketing initiatives with creative that is clear, compliant, and on-brand
Assist with quick-turn creative needs as campaigns evolve
Qualification
Required
Experience shooting high-quality video for social media
Strong understanding of social-first video production (lighting, framing, sound, pacing)
Experience managing and publishing social media content
Ability to independently deliver final creative assets
Familiarity with Sprout Social or similar engagement tools
Ability to capture video content in the field when needed
Ability to create basic static digital graphics for social media using common design tools
Strong communication skills and professionalism
Preferred
Experience creating content for law firms, professional services, or regulated industries
Comfort capturing client testimonials with empathy and discretion
Understanding of what content can and cannot be used in legal marketing
Passion for community focused storytelling
