ANALYST II
Caltrans District 3 is part of the California Department of Developmental Services, which provides services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities. The Analyst II role involves delivering employment-related services and collaborating with various agencies and community partners to improve employment outcomes for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
Under direction, the Analyst II is involved in a wide variety of activities and issues related to the regional center’s delivery of employment-related services and activities, including employment services, employment-related day program activities, transportation, and other ancillary and/or generic services provided to individuals with developmental disabilities
The Analyst II works in partnership with other Federal and State agencies, regional centers, self-advocates, work services providers, schools, and other community partners to strengthen complex working relationships towards increasing employment outcomes and achievement of the stated program goals

Preferred
Knowledge of: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Understand the basic principles of public administration, data analysis, and the state budgetary preparation process and control
Understanding of the processes of community and group interaction in developmental disabilities planning procedures; current trends and promising practices in developmental disabilities, public health; and government accountability procedures
Ability to: Manage multiple projects in order to meet Departmental goals and objectives
Work collegially in multidisciplinary teams and develop and maintain cooperative and harmonious relationships with regional centers and developmental center administrators, other state agencies, peers, the public, and others
