Responsibilities

Manage the daily administration of social media management platforms, accounts, and associated tools, ensuring proper functionality, user access, and assisting with basic internal team training on platform use

Support the enforcement and maintenance of the social media governance framework, ensuring content and campaigns consistently adhere to established best practices, brand standards, and security protocols

Execute routine checks to ensure strict adherence to established security protocols and data privacy compliance across active social media channels

Assist in the execution of technology implementation projects, providing support for testing and deployment of new tools, AI, and automation solutions aimed at optimizing the social media landscape

Provide dedicated operational support and documentation to performance marketing, media, and advertising teams for the setup and execution of paid social media initiatives

Actively collaborate with strategists, engagement, and insights teams to support effective campaign execution, assist with community management tasks, and contribute to data gathering for reporting and analytics

Proactively contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, and work with internal partners to document and support the implementation of social media solutions that align with their needs

Maintain open communication and support with third-party vendors and agencies related to social media tools and services
