Responsibilities

Lead the visual design direction for the AI-powered support surfaces, including our multi-modal AI agent and agent-assistive tools

Develop a comprehensive visual design language and component library for AI-driven support experiences, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand alignment across all touch points

Partner with UX designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to translate complex AI capabilities (like automated troubleshooting and optimization) into visually engaging user interfaces

Advocate for visual craft and execution across the team. Mentor other designers and use the passion for design to inspire and motivate the organization

Conceptualize and prototype novel visual and motion design patterns for conversational UI, data visualization, and agentic interactions that make our AI feel intelligent, transparent, and approachable

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

8 years of experience in product design or UX

Experience with visual design systems and working with other UX functions, Product Management, and Engineering

Preferred

Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience

12 years of experience in product design or UX

4 years of experience leading design projects

3 years of experience working with executives

Experience implementing high-fidelity animations and understanding of motion design principles

Experience evolving design systems from static component libraries to AI-generated UI
