Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine technical and business requirements
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to support ITSM and ITOM processes
Develop and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of ServiceNow platform issues
Implement and support Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security policies
Conduct code reviews and participate in solution design discussions
Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs and user guides
Mentor junior developers and contribute to overall team capability growth
Stay current with new ServiceNow releases, features, and industry best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience
Strong expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, HTML, and CSS
Extensive experience with REST and SOAP API integrations
Solid understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, workflows, and automation
Proven experience working with the following ServiceNow modules: ITSM (IT Service Management), CSM (Customer Service Management / PSDS), HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
ServiceNow platform development, configuration, and integration – 6+ years
JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting – 6+ years
REST/SOAP API integrations – 6+ years
ITSM and ITOM process optimization – 6+ years
ITSM, CSM, and HAM module experience – 6+ years
Agile/Scrum project delivery – 6+ years
Technical documentation and system design – 6+ years
Troubleshooting and analytical thinking – 6+ years
