Responsibilities
Write, debug, and maintain code using standard C# practices
Leverage a third-party proprietary system to generate code and modify existing products
Conduct thorough testing to validate program changes and ensure stability
Collaborate daily with DOR and vendor representatives, as well as ITSD supervisors, to manage tasks and resolve issues
Analyze business needs and technical requirements to provide efficient coding solutions
Document changes and updates to ensure traceability and compliance with development standards

Authorization to work in the United States is a prerequisite of employment

Proven experience in C# development, including debugging and code optimization
Familiarity with third-party or proprietary software systems
Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Successful background check results are required for employment in this position
Preferred
Experience in driver's licensing or motor vehicle-related systems is strongly preferred
Prior work with contracted systems, low-code platforms, or system integrators is a plus
