Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of clinical accounts, including hospitals and outpatient clinics

Build and expand relationships with prescribers and clinical stakeholders

Drive growth by increasing usage and expanding BVA into new specialties

Coordinate medical education programs and events for customers

Troubleshoot clinical workflow, reimbursement, and integration issues

Conduct clinical data reviews to support quality improvement initiatives

Develop a pipeline of new account opportunities and support contracting and onboarding efforts

Collaborate closely with internal teams to support customer success
