Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer processes

Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach

Support campus recruiting activities, including event coordination, candidate communication, and interview logistics

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver qualified candidate slates

Ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and timely follow-up

Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Track basic recruiting activity and provide status updates on open roles

Represent the firm professionally in all candidate and campus interactions
