Responsibilities

Perform loan file review, analytics, and evaluation of the underlying assets in a securitization transaction

Review and assess transaction offering documents

Perform post-closing compliance testing and independently evaluate findings

Strategize with clients, attorneys and other professionals within the organization and the fixed-income industry

Required

Bachelor or Master's degrees in the following majors will be considered: Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Financial Engineering, or Quantitative Finance

Strong academic record, cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above

You should reside within a commutable distance of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required

You can expect to co-locate on average 3 times a week with variations based on types of work/projects and client locations

Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the type of work you perform and the clients served

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment

Preferred

Meets minimum educational requirements for CPA licensure (which may differ from the educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam) in the state of your assigned office location prior to beginning full-time employment

Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or above

Relevant work experience or work experience in a professional environment (e.g. internships, summer positions, school jobs)

Demonstrated recent leadership, such as in a campus club, society, sports teams or other activity
