This pivotal role involves serving as the strategic partner to the Team Leader, managing operations, and ensuring smooth execution of priorities and initiatives.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary operational and strategic partner to the Team Leader, ensuring priorities and initiatives are executed seamlessly

Manage complex calendars, scheduling, daily workflows, and executive‑level task prioritization

Act as a central communication hub, filtering information and ensuring timely follow‑up across all stakeholders

Develop, document, and continuously refine standard operating procedures and training materials

Train, manage, and hold team members accountable to workflows and performance metrics

Monitor KPIs, reporting, and goal alignment to support business growth

Support business development and lead management efforts, including CRM optimization and outreach campaigns

Execute and oversee marketing initiatives across digital, print, social media, and listing launches

Prepare listing presentations, CMAs, and market analyses

Provide hands‑on, licensed transaction support throughout the full buying and selling lifecycle

Serve as a high‑touch point of contact for clients, reinforcing trust, loyalty, and long‑term relationships

Oversee vendors, budgets, and cross‑functional projects from concept through completion

Qualification

Illinois Real Estate LicenseResidential Real Estate ExperienceOperations ManagementClient Relationship ManagementOrganizational SkillsCommunication SkillsPresentation SkillsEmotional Intelligence

Required

Active Illinois Real Estate License

5+ years of residential real estate experience with deep transaction knowledge

3+ years in operations, executive support, or business management within real estate

Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills

Strong client-facing presence with a high level of discretion and emotional intelligence

Able to operate independently while managing competing priorities

Comfortable in a role that blends office-based, on-site, and field work

Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends as needed
