Responsibilities

Support the Design team with a strong emphasis on product development from concept through execution
Partner closely with cross-functional teams to bring product vision and technical details to life
Design and develop seasonal styles aligned with creative direction and brand objectives
Prepare and communicate complete technical design packages to the Technical Design team
Build and maintain Bills of Materials, ensuring all updates are accurately captured throughout development
Produce clear, efficient flat sketches to support the development process
Manage timelines and ensure all design deliverables meet established deadlines
Maintain accurate system entries and documentation across all stages of development
Identify, communicate, and help resolve product development challenges
Incorporate feedback effectively and adapt designs based on direction from leadership

Required

Degree in Apparel, Fashion Design, or equivalent hands-on experience
Two to four years of experience in product design and development
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
Strong work ethic with a high level of professionalism and integrity
Ability to remain flexible and positive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear and effective verbal and written communication abilities
