Responsibilities
Handle inbound inquiries, provide product recommendations, and prepare quotes for LED lighting products
Conduct outbound calls/emails to follow up on leads, proposals, and existing accounts
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and rep agents if applicable
Identify customer needs and match appropriate LED products, accessories, or custom solutions
Support regional inside sales manager with account coordination and documentation
Qualify new leads from marketing campaigns and online sources
Monitor open quotes, lighting layouts, RFQ, crosses and convert opportunities into closed deals
Track and follow up on open POs, backorders, and project timelines
Develop a strong understanding of LED fixtures, basic functions and applications
Provide technical assistance on product specifications, installation requirements
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills (phone, email, virtual meetings)
Ability to manage multiple accounts and stay highly organized
Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace, and Teams
Self-motivated and productive in a remote environment
Preferred
1–3+ years of inside sales or customer service experience - preferred not required (LED/lighting/electrical industry preferred)
