Onsite Recruiting Manager
Staffmark is a part of RGF Staffing, one of the largest staffing firms in the world. They are seeking an Onsite Recruiting Manager to provide recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and customer service to candidates and client staff at assigned locations.

Responsibilities
Interacts with customers to evaluate and assess the customers’ staffing needs
Develops and maintains active recruiting plans to support hiring needs
Determine and forecast both applicant and hiring needs to meet staffing requirements
Perform internal and external recruiting activities to meet and exceed the customer’s headcount requirements
Writes job postings to support recruitment needs
Maintains social media activity to support recruiting and engagement needs
Performs recruiting outreach activities to build recruiting relationships and increase candidate flow
Evaluates and interviews applicants, performs required screening specific to the on-site client
Works to match talent to the most suitable job or department for the on-site customer
Greet new hires and introduce to customer’s supervisors
May communicate updates on staffing requests and arrivals to client team members
Process applicants in company system maintaining documentation to ensure accuracy of employee records and files
Qualification
Required
Passion for impacting lives and the community
Ability to provide recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and customer service to candidates, associates, and client staff
Experience in making decisions relating to hiring, placement, discipline, and termination of temporary employees
Ability to interact with customers to evaluate and assess staffing needs
Ability to develop and maintain active recruiting plans to support hiring needs
Ability to determine and forecast both applicant and hiring needs to meet staffing requirements
Experience in performing internal and external recruiting activities to meet and exceed customer's headcount requirements
Ability to write job postings to support recruitment needs
Experience in maintaining social media activity to support recruiting and engagement needs
Experience in performing recruiting outreach activities to build recruiting relationships and increase candidate flow
