Responsibilities

Own and drive product vision, strategy, development, and execution across multiple product lines

Define and manage product roadmaps, gathering requirements informed by user needs, market trends, and company philosophy

Challenge assumptions, sharpen ideas, and translate ambitious concepts into a clear, executable product strategy

Lead product decision-making in uncertain environments by evaluating trade-offs, building strong cases, and driving execution—even when perspectives differ

Ensure all product decisions result in intuitive, trustworthy, and usable user experiences

Own the full product lifecycle and ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful releases

Maintain deep knowledge of the Bitcoin ecosystem (including Lightning, Nostr, and AI). Participate in open-source discussions to keep products at the forefront of innovation

Continuously refine product workflows and internal systems to improve effectiveness across a globally distributed team

Required

4+ years of product management experience, with a strong record of driving decisions in 0-to-1 or rapidly evolving environments

Demonstrated ability to bring structure and momentum to loosely defined problems without waiting for perfect inputs

Ability to simplify complex systems, make principled usability trade-offs, and balance user experience with sovereignty and security requirements

Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to advise senior leadership and the empathy to energize delivery teams

Solid understanding of Bitcoin fundamentals (nodes, wallets, Lightning Network) and the ability to reason through technical trade-offs within decentralized protocols

Ability to work effectively across US/LATAM or European/African time zones

English fluency required
