Responsibilities

Source and attract top technical talent using provided tools, databases, social media, Boolean searches, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
Collaborate virtually with clients/hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide qualified candidate shortlists
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from job intake and posting to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement closure
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for ongoing and future needs
Stay current on tech industry trends, salaries, and sourcing techniques to deliver high-quality placements

Required

3+ years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter (agency or full-desk preferred), with a track record of successful placements in IT/technical roles
Strong technical knowledge to effectively evaluate candidates for roles like software developers, engineers, data analysts, etc
Proficiency with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow) and applicant tracking systems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with strong time-management abilities to thrive in a remote, flexible environment
Comfortable working on a 100% commission basis – prior experience in commission-only or high-commission roles is a plus
