Providing support for a wide variety of matters, including commercial real estate and other transactions, estate planning, and business law
Reviewing corporate and/or real estate documents, managing closing documents, and preparing closing books
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a paralegal handling commercial transactions, real estate, and/or estate planning matters
Experience reviewing corporate and/or real estate documents, managing closing documents, and preparing closing books
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly professional, detail-oriented, and organized
Outstanding references required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate are strongly preferred
