Accounting & HR Generalist/Office Manager
Hidden Talent is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager / Accounting & HR Generalist. This role encompasses office management, accounting support, and human resources responsibilities, critical for streamlining operations during a leadership transition.
Staffing & Recruiting
Responsibilities
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Assist with payroll processing and coordination
Maintain accurate financial records for both brands
Support month-end close and reporting activities
Assist with an upcoming accounting system transition for one of the brands
Support recruiting coordination and candidate tracking
Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation
Maintain employee records and HR files
Support benefits administration and PTO tracking
Assist with HR compliance documentation
Manage day-to-day office and administrative operations
Maintain and organize high volumes of service and administrative paperwork
Coordinate closely with the Operations Manager, accounting staff, and field technicians
Serve as a central administrative point of contact between office, operations, and leadership
Help streamline processes and support knowledge transfer/documentation
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
3+ years of experience in accounting support, HR support, office management, or a similar combined role
Strong accounting fundamentals; accounting experience is required and prioritized
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of paperwork accurately
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with accounting software and standard office tools
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
Experience supporting HR processes such as onboarding, employee records, and benefits coordination
Experience working with multiple companies, brands, or entities preferred
