Client Partner - Account Executive
Mastech Digital is seeking a Client Partner - Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition in the U.S. Healthcare & Life Sciences market. This role focuses on selling Data Analytics and AI/ML solutions to enterprise organizations in the pharma, biotech, medtech, and healthcare sectors, with success measured by new client wins and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Own net-new logo acquisition across the entire U.S. HCLS region
Proactively identify, pursue, and close new enterprise opportunities within pharma, biotech, medtech, and healthcare organizations
Sell Data Analytics, AI/ML, and advanced data-driven solutions (predictive analytics, ML models, intelligent automation, data platforms)
Build and manage pipeline through cold outreach, prospecting, networking, and targeted account penetration
Lead end-to-end sales cycles from initial contact through contract closure
Engage directly with C-suite and senior leaders (CIO, CDO, CTO, Heads of Data, Digital, or Analytics)
Partner with pre-sales and solution teams to craft value-driven proposals and business cases
Consistently meet or exceed new business revenue and booking targets
Maintain strong pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline
Navigate and align solutions with industry regulations (HIPAA, GxP, FDA, etc.), where applicable
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in enterprise technology or services sales
Proven success in a 100% hunter role with consistent new logo wins
Strong experience selling Data Analytics, AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Digital Transformation solutions
Deep domain expertise in Healthcare & Life Sciences (pharma, biotech, medtech, payer/provider)
