The role supports both the creative and operational sides of the studio, helping to bring concepts to life while ensuring projects run smoothly from concept through installation.

Responsibilities
Helping with projects and preparation for presentations
Sourcing ideas for furnishings, fabrics and other decorative elements
Generating conceptual drawings including but not limited to: Electrical & furniture plans, millwork elevations, millwork and room renderings
Gathering quotes from vendors
Writing client estimates
Tracking orders
Scheduling deliveries and assisting on installs
Gathering and returning product samples
General office administrative assistance as needed
Qualification
Required
Proficient with AutoCad and/or Sketchup
College Graduate
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Keynote
Must have license and be based in NYC area
Preferred
Experience at an interior design firm preferred
Knowledge of Houzz Pro software is plus
