Interface is a global flooring solutions company and sustainability leader, and they are seeking a National DOD Military Director to manage the strategic growth and development of the US Government and DOD Military end user customer base. This role will focus on driving customer development strategies and mentoring Account Executives to improve sales effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Development and implementation of National DOD Military sales plan

Achieve a continuous increase in sales activity with the end user customer group

Create and implement Account Development strategy for a defined group of Turnkey/Segment accounts: 4PL Partners and DOD Branches of Government

Mentor Account Executives with the objective of improving yours and their sales effectiveness in DOD Military activities

Promote consistency with Account Executive implementation of the DOD Military Sales process

Work collaboratively with Marketing leader to grow the Interface brand within the Market

Develop and Implement regional network strategy, including industry Association involvement, sponsorship and effective trade show strategy

Continually monitor specific market developments, provide market information, and forecasts as appropriate

Utilize Salesforce as a daily planning and measurement tool

Nationwide travel approx. 40% on the road, 60% in the office
