Lead large, complex programs or multiple concurrent engagements, with cross-functional teams of 10+ people

Drive business development, account leadership, and solution delivery (change management, project management, and technology) across the Life Sciences sector

Develop creative, client-focused solutions that deliver long-term success

Build and leverage client and team relationships to drive results and fuel growth

Identify and sell solutions that provide real value to clients through our holistic consulting approach

Foster team growth by providing strong people leadership and mentorship, ensuring the development of high-performing teams

Demonstrate proactivity and take initiative in identifying opportunities, solving challenges, and driving continuous improvement

Required

This role requires working on the client site three days per week

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States, without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland

Preferred

Demonstrable senior-level management consulting, advisory, professional services, and/or Big 4 consulting experience. Previous experience in Life Sciences is a plus

Experience leading and growing multi-million-dollar client accounts, with a proven history of delivering measurable results

Ability to establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates

Creative problem-solving skills and a proven ability to design simple solutions for complex challenges

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

A track record of mentoring and developing talent, with a focus on team growth and leadership

A proactive mindset, with a history of taking initiative to drive business and team success

Experience developing high-performing teams that drive measurable business impact

A track record of leading large, complex consulting engagements and building relationships with senior-level executives
