Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement solutions using TIBCO BE , Java , and Spring Boot
Lead architecture discussions and enforce best practices in Microservices development
Collaborate with banking clients for onboarding and technical implementations
Communicate effectively with business users to ensure seamless coordination and timely issue resolution
Take full ownership of technical solutions, documentation, and delivery timelines
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in TIBCO BE, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
Proven ability to design and architect scalable solutions in enterprise environments
Experience working with banking systems and managing customer interactions
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to client collaboration
Hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot migration and GenAI solution implementation is an added advantage
Familiarity with AWS as a secondary skill
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Preferred
Exposure to cloud-native architectures and containerization
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
