Responsibilities
Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations for the sales team
Process new lines and case installations to meet coverage timelines
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM
Collaborate with sales to assess customer needs and recommend solutions
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries; ensure they receive timely and accurate information
Resolve customer issues professionally and follow up post-installation to gather feedback
Liaise between sales, management, carriers/vendors to ensure smooth communication
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Exceptional customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities
Focus on delivering outstanding service consistently
A background in Employee Benefits or Group Insurance fields
