Responsibilities
Title tracking
Processing checks and balance bills with general ledger accounts
Work with insurance companies on total losses and provide 10 day payoffs and any other required documentation
Create and mail monthly letters to members regarding their insurance
Take over the phone payments
Answer loan phone line, check voicemails and send messages to the appropriate staff to resolve member issues
Provide back up support for our Visa department
Printing, processing and maintaining various loan department reports
Verify and process multiple different types of loan payments
Qualification
Required
Entry Level experience
Ability to perform duties in a timely and accurate manner
Strong member service skills
Ability to process ACHs and AFTs
Experience managing titles
Ability to file and maintain GAP claims
Ability to create termination statements
Ability to run various reports
Ability to track titles
Ability to process checks and balance bills with general ledger accounts
Ability to work with insurance companies on total losses
Ability to provide 10 day payoffs and any other required documentation
Ability to create and mail monthly letters to members regarding their insurance
Ability to take over the phone payments
