Remote to Phoenix Customer Service Representatives
TEKsystems is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their team. In this role, you will provide outstanding support to members and clients while coordinating transportation services for ADA Core Services and other disability-based programs.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist members, clients, and facilities
Verify eligibility and schedule non-emergent transportation and paratransit services
Provide top-quality customer service to a diverse population
Enter and maintain accurate data in transportation management systems
Process picture IDs and manage office supplies and equipment
Respond to inquiries and document complaints professionally and promptly
Support special projects and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Qualification
Required
Minimum: 1 year of call center experience (any industry)
Ability to work with an automatic dialer system (calls are back-to-back)
Dedicated workspace and reliable internet (30 Mbps minimum; no hotspots)
Must be fully available during work hours (cannot be in a caretaking role)
ALL candidates must live within 40 miles of Phoenix, AZ
Preferred
Experience managing high-volume calls (approx. 80/day)
