Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related business field
3–5 years HR Generalist experience; manufacturing preferred
Employee relations skills
Leadership skills
HR compliance knowledge
Communication skills
Knowledge of employment laws
Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills
Coaching and influencing capability
Performance management and organizational development experience
Business writing and analytical skills
HR systems and reporting knowledge
Demonstrated leadership and judgment
