Greeting Customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome
Ensuring that all guests are assisted promptly
Answering inbound phone calls
Excellent communication and Customer Service Skills
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Microsoft office package required
Reception coverage for breaks, vacations etc
Assist with setups and breakdowns for conference room and amenity space events. Chairs, lights, tables etc
Central supply closet ordering and distribution
Logging mail packages and overnight pouches received etc
Track and order as necessary; Shipping supplies, copier repairs and equipment
Qualification

High School diploma or equivalent
Customer Service Skills
Data Entry Skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Willingness to cross train for additional job functions
Able to lift up to 80 pounds
Basic Computer Skills (Outlook Mail, Word, Excel)
