Sales Manager
MH Hospitality is seeking a Sales Manager to join our sales team in Omaha. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, securing group and corporate business, and driving room revenue through proactive sales efforts.

Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and grow business travel accounts (corporate negotiated, government, airline, project, and extended-stay)
Secure and support group business including sports teams, corporate travel, project crews, and family stays
Prospect for new business through outside sales, networking, calls, and site visits
Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat and sustained revenue
Assist with sales strategies and initiatives to achieve revenue goals
Prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and finalize agreements within company guidelines
Track leads, production, and performance metrics
Participate in sales and revenue meetings
Represent hotel properties at community, business, and networking events
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Proven sales and negotiation abilities
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Computer proficiency
Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Preferred
