CE Facility Support Engineer 3 - Electrical (Night Shift)

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain BAS and EPMS platforms, UPS systems
Conduct trend analysis and generate reports to identify potential equipment issues and optimize performance
Monitor system alarms and telemetry from central control platforms to ensure safe and efficient operations
Perform inspections and validations of equipment performance across electrical, mechanical, and control disciplines
Navigate and manipulate BAS and EPMS systems to verify equipment status and execute approved procedures
Understand the interaction between central controllers and distributed devices within BAS
Apply ION programmability and advanced analytics in PME to customize logic and enhance system insights
Ensure all operations comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, changes, and performance metrics

Required

5+ years of experience in critical environment operations or facilities management
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in data center or industrial environments
Ability to interpret electrical drawings and system schematics
Fundamental understanding of the National Electrical Code
All candidates must hold an OSHA or OSHA-approved NFPA 70E Certification
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
5+ year(s) Experience with electrical systems in a high availability assembly / manufacturing / critical infrastructure environment such as data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related fields
Able to work a flexible work schedule which could include 12-hour shifts, rotating shifts, 3, 4, or 5 day work weeks
Basic understanding of how to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
