Recruiting Coordinator

Motive is a company that empowers physical operations with tools for safety, productivity, and profitability. They are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage the end-to-end candidate experience, coordinate interviews, and support various recruiting-related administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and on-site interviews in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Manage the end-to-end candidate experience by working closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers
Support various recruiting-related administrative tasks, including offer coordination, onboarding assistance, and data management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate tracking in applicant tracking systems (ATS), Google Sheets, and other relevant tools
Serve as a contact for office operations/facility maintenance, including supply management, vendor coordination, and general administrative support
Support occasional In-house and Virtual events (All-Hands, Happy Hours, Team Building Events etc.)

Required

1+ years of experience in direct recruiting coordination required; complex interview scheduling experience is a plus
A proactive and detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with internal stakeholders and candidates
Excellent project management abilities, with a strong focus on organization, flexibility, and adaptability
A team player with a passion for creating an efficient, welcoming, and collaborative workplace
Must be based in/near San Francisco, CA, as this will be an in office role requiring 5 days in office (corner of 9th & Market St)

Preferred

1+ years of office management (reception/front desk or related administrative experience) strongly preferred
Experience with a scheduling tool (e.g. ModernLoop) is strongly preferred
Experience with an ATS is strongly preferred
