Responsibilities

Review designs and project plans for capital projects

Oversee capital projects to ensure they meet required standards

Collaborate with internal and external design teams to meet project design goals

Manage workflows to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Manage other design and engineering professionals to provide guidance and oversight of all Planning and Design Branch projects

Communicate and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and planning and design staff

Required

Must have two years of experience above that required for licensure

Must be licensed as a professional architect by the Kentucky Board of Architects OR, must be licensed as a professional engineer by the Kentucky Board of Engineers & Land Surveyors OR, must be registered as a professional landscape architect by the Kentucky Board of Landscape Architects OR, must be certified as a Certified Interior Designer by the Kentucky Board of Architects
