UNITY Systems is seeking an M365 Support Engineer to support SharePoint Online and Power Platform initiatives for a public-sector environment. The role involves troubleshooting and supporting SharePoint Online, leading migrations to SharePoint Online, and creating technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Support and troubleshoot SharePoint Online and Power Platform

Lead migrations from network drives, SharePoint 2019, Dropbox to SharePoint Online / Teams

Handle permissions, metadata, governance, and retention issues

Support Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse

Create migration runbooks and technical documentation

Work with internal IT teams and vendors

Qualification

Required

6+ years with SharePoint (On-Prem + Online)

Hands-on migration experience (ShareGate or Microsoft tools)

Strong troubleshooting around permissions, metadata, workflows

Power Platform support experience

SharePoint (On-Prem + Online): 5 years (Required)

Ability to Commute: Boston, MA 02116 (Required)

Preferred

PowerShell / PnP exposure preferred

Experience in enterprise or government environments a plus
