Responsibilities

Owning the frontend of the GovEagle platform end to end — architecture, components, performance, and polish
Working closely with our designer to translate product ideas and UI specs into high-quality, production-ready interfaces
Integrating with backend APIs and LLM-powered functionality in collaboration with our backend engineers
Improving UI consistency, responsiveness, accessibility, and maintainability
Contributing to our design system and shaping a scalable component library
Meeting with customers to understand what's important to them

Required

3+ years of professional frontend engineering experience
Deep expertise in React, Next.js, Typescript, and modern frontend patterns
Strong product sense and sense of craft
You're a fast learner who can quickly grasp the intricacies of government contracting
You are comfortable working in ambiguity and building from zero
U.S. citizen able to discuss controlled, export-restricted workflows with customers
Excited to work 5 days in person in our NYC Office (Herald Square)

Preferred

Experience developing Microsoft Office add-ins (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or building browser extensions is a strong bonus
While not a DevOps-heavy role, familiarity with Kubernetes, GovCloud environments, or secure deployments is a plus
