They are seeking a Lead Field Technician to perform field work, including the installation of monitors, data collection, and troubleshooting, while also directing field technicians and ensuring safety compliance.

Responsibilities
Perform Field Work in a professional manner. Field Work includes but is not limited to:
Installation of monitors within sewer lines
Collection of data and review for accuracy
Monitor troubleshooting and make repairs
Manhole inspection
Conduct flow isolations, smoke testing, dye water flooding, and site inspection
Hydraulic calibration
Maintain accurate, legible, and organized records
Maintain vehicle and equipment to ensure safety, mechanical soundness, and productive operation
Adhere to OSHA and CSL safety policies and procedures
Direct assigned field technicians
Punctual and regular attendance
Other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Field Managers from time to time
The ability to travel for work in our remote project locations, Monday thru Friday as needed, as long as required
Qualification
Required
Perform Field Work in a professional manner. Adhere to OSHA and CSL safety policies and procedures
Direct assigned field technicians
Punctual and regular attendance
Other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Field Managers from time to time
The ability to travel for work in our remote project locations, Monday thru Friday as needed, as long as required
Strong mechanical skills
Basic computer skills
Ability and willingness to work outdoors during all seasons
Ability to effectively direct field technicians
Physical and cognitive ability necessary to do confined space entry and perform rescue operations when necessary
Ability to function in a team environment
Must be capable of achieving daily productivity targets
Must have a valid driver's license
Clean driving records in order pass our insurance company's driving records review
Must pass CSL's defensive driving test
Must be willing to work in the physical conditions present in a sewer
Ability to remove an incapacitated person from a confined space utilizing CSE safety equipment
Ability to lift MH covers up to 50 lbs and up to 200 lb with assistance and using mechanical advantage tools
Ability to get in and out of vehicle repeatedly
Repeated stooping, bending, kneeling, pushing, reaching, pulling, and repetitive motions are required
Sit in vehicle up to 6 hours at a time
Climb ladders up to 24 ft and manhole rungs up to 50 ft
Ability to stand for 2 hours at a time
Ability to walk 0.5 miles at a time on uneven surfaces or in wooded areas while carrying 50 pounds of equipment when servicing remote sites
