Responsibilities
Track and report on the family’s private equity and investment portfolio
Maintain accurate and confidential family and financial records
Support basic accounting functions, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting
Use Excel and related tools to analyze data and generate clear, actionable reports
Manage documents, workflows, and internal systems to improve back-office efficiency
Prepare presentations and materials for family members on financial and operational matters
Coordinate meetings, travel, and general office logistics
Assist with philanthropic activities, including grants, donation tracking, and reporting
Assist with planning and hosting corporate events, including outdoor gatherings, hunting trips, and target shooting
Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of work
Communicate professionally with family members, advisors, and external partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Strong analytical and Excel skills
Basic accounting knowledge and experience
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and cloud tools (OneDrive, SharePoint)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
Preferred
3–5 years of relevant experience preferred
