Senior Recruiter - Family Office Household
Confidential company is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with expertise in family office and private household management. This role involves leading full-cycle recruitment for confidential roles supporting ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, requiring an understanding of private service environments.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for family office and private household roles, including but not limited to:
Estate Managers, Household Managers, Chiefs of Staff
Personal/Executive Assistants
Nannies, Educators, and Childcare Professionals
Chefs, Housekeepers, Property Managers, and Domestic Staff
Security, Drivers, and Lifestyle Support roles
Partner closely with principals, family office executives, and advisors to understand household dynamics, expectations, and cultural fit
Serve as a trusted advisor to families and family office leadership on talent strategy, compensation benchmarking, and market trends within private service
Source candidates through discreet networking, referrals, proprietary databases, and targeted outreach
Conduct in-depth candidate vetting, including behavioral interviews, reference checks, background coordination, and confidentiality management
Manage sensitive searches requiring extreme discretion, trust, and professionalism
Oversee offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and transition management for both families and candidates
Maintain long-term relationships with placed candidates and family office clients to support retention and future hiring needs
Mentor junior recruiters or researchers, as applicable
Qualification
Required
7+ years of recruiting experience, with a significant focus on family office, private household, or private service placements
Demonstrated success recruiting for UHNW families or closely held private organizations
Strong understanding of household operations, estate staffing structures, and lifestyle-driven roles
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly with principals and senior stakeholders
High level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism
Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Experience working with confidential compensation structures, non-traditional benefits, and bespoke employment arrangements
