Full-cycle ownership: managing requisitions end-to-end (intake → sourcing → screening → interview loop design → debrief → offer → close → onboarding) across multiple concurrent openings
Sourcing expertise: Active/passive sourcing strategies, Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, or talent pipeline building
Interviewing frameworks: Any experience working with HR or Hiring Managers discussing structured interview process and calibration with hiring managers
Compliance specifics: Experience with immigration/work authorization in recruiting context
Agency/vendor management: Experience negotiating with staffing firms or managing external recruiting partners. This role may require them to do this
Technical recruiting depth: Familiar with technical environments for specialized engineering roles, niche professional roles or IT roles along with how she screens or validating technical skills
