Inside Sales Customer Service Rep
Performance Food Group is a broadline distributor maintaining unique relationships with various local customers. The Inside Sales Customer Service Rep is responsible for assisting customers with order entries, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction while functioning as a team member within the organization.

Responsibilities
Input customer orders
Input customer credits
Input order and invoicing information accurately and in a timely manner
Assist customers with orders and problems. Contact vendors and requests samples for customers
Provide informative and professional assistance when working with the public, customers, vendors, and co-workers
Perform administrative responsibilities such as checking faxes and mail on a daily basis, writing sample requests and special orders when necessary
Attend training and Customer Service meetings
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
6 - 12 months customer service, call center and / or related area
Ability to work Monday through Friday
Ability to work 8am to 5pm
Preferred
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
1 - 2 years customer service, call center and / or related area within foodservice industry
Bi-lingual (Spanish and English)
