Responsibilities

Prepare drafts of correspondence and research for various corporate and legal matters
Assist with regulatory compliance (for example with the EU General Data Protection Regulation) and drafting policy documentation
Work cooperatively to organize and compile company contracts for date based managed SharePoint integration project
Assist in assembly and maintenance of corporate minute books of international and domestic subsidiaries
Support with employment law matters and ongoing litigation, if any
Assist with employment-based immigration documentation and processes
Any additional projects as needed

Required

Positive and flexible attitude
Ability to perform a range of responsibilities related to corporate in-house legal practice
Experience in preparing drafts of correspondence and research for various corporate and legal matters
Knowledge of regulatory compliance, specifically with the EU General Data Protection Regulation
Ability to draft policy documentation
Experience in organizing and compiling company contracts
Familiarity with SharePoint integration projects
Ability to assist in assembly and maintenance of corporate minute books of international and domestic subsidiaries
Support with employment law matters and ongoing litigation
Experience with employment-based immigration documentation and processes
Willingness to assist with additional projects as needed
